CoreTough™ ST Panel
  > Composition The core is made from white, black or gray high impact polystyrene and is expanded to 0.880” in thickness. The outer facing is made from 0.060” thick White ABS as is the inner facing. The outer facing has a 0.015” co-extruded UV cap. Total standard CoreTough™ ST panel thickness is 1.00”. Variations on thickness are available upon request. > Performance Characteristics Because it has ABS facings, a material which is commonly used in many automotive interior and exterior applications, CoreTough™ ST has excellent range of temperature performance features. That means it can be used successfully, inside and out, from Wisconsin to Florida and Maine to Texas without compromise. Because of its unique sandwich / composite panel configuration, it is highly impact and deflection resistant. > Panel Sizes and Value Added Activities Standard panel dimensions are 4' x 8', 4’ x 10’ and 10’ by up to 24’ in length. Additional lengths may be available upon request. TSS offers value added improvements such as cutting to size, routing, thermoforming, installing hardware and offering customer specified kits for additional charges. > Typical Uses Typical uses for the CoreTough™ ST panel are vehicle sidewalls, ceilings, bulkhead walls and divider walls. |
