TSS Containers™
The Case
Containerization stretches across many different segments of the transportation industry.
The need for lightweight storage and transportation exists in air, rail, truck, RV, and bus industries.
The Proposition
TSS Containers are made from CoreTough™ panels and either aluminum extrusions, stainless steel
or galvanized steel structural components. All of the componentry mentioned means that the TSS Containers will weigh 10% less and will last 25% longer than ones
made from traditional materials. 10% less means MORE HAULING CAPACITY or less wear and tear on the container. 25% longer means better returns on capital!
The TSS Containers
TSS Containers incorporate the strength and durability of a truck body and yet the simplicity and ease of handling of
a shipping container. TSS combines the advanced technology of CoreTough™ panels with each customer's private label, proprietary container design to create a cutting edge,
longer life expectancy, lower maintenance container.
TSS Containers' competitive advantage is that it is the first designed container in the industry that incorporates either radiused aluminum extrusions, stainless steel or
galvanized corner posts and aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized top and bottom rails along with CoreTough™ panels all of which make it the lightest container in the
industry. Those components eliminate the possibility of rust, corrosion, and rotting.
Furthermore, because of the CoreTough™ flat white rivetless, UV stable plastic surface and radiused aluminum extrusion corner posts, the TSS container is by far the most
aesthetically pleasing of its kind on the market. The competitive products are manufactured utilizing painted steel, aluminum sheet or, worse yet, aluminum covered plywood
exterior surfaces!
