Slider Lift    This is the only type of Tuck a-ways on the market which does not have to be stored after each use below the truck frame. If the driver only has to go short distances from one place to the other, the platform can be stored in the same way as a standard unit up behind the truck body. The platform has a newly designed hinge the full width of the platform. This hinge transfers weight, of the load, much better all over the platform area. The complete unit slides over a special aluminum profile and is guided in a synthetic material for non-friction movement. ULB tail lifts are also available as steel and aluminum combination and gravity center of 35.5 inches for 3300, 4400 and 5500 lb. lift capacity. Two versions are available hydraulic support legs made from all-aluminum. Retracting the legs is done with springs. Bi-medium cylinders are gas operated and is of the same design as our option for tilting cylinders. > Slider lift can also be positioned as seen in picture below.
